The online test consisted of three coding questions to be completed in 1.5 hours.

Technical Interview
The interview process involved four technical rounds.
The first round focused on coding questions and algorithms.
The second round combined coding questions with topics on DBMS and ER diagrams.
The third round was a managerial discussion centered on the candidate’s projects, providing an in-depth exploration of their work and experiences.
The final round was a rapid-fire session that covered general questions about computer fundamentals.
HR Interview
The HR interview lasted around 30 minutes.
During this session, candidates were asked about the company, including its vision and mission, and were questioned on their latest achievements, both technical and non-technical.
The interview also delved into the candidates’ strengths and weaknesses, career goals, and motivations.
Candidates were asked why they wanted to join OLX and why they should be selected for the position.
