Selection Process: Test, Personal Interview

Pattern of the Test

The initial stage involved a general aptitude test consisting of 25 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) to be completed in 45 minutes. These questions assessed both general aptitude and technical knowledge.

 

Group/Case Discussion

Technical Interview

Candidates faced three technical interviews, each lasting between 35 to 40 minutes.

These interviews covered a variety of topics, including the implementation of three C++ coding problems and solving puzzles. 

HR Interview

The final round was a personal interview focused on getting to know the candidate better.

This interview, lasting about 15 minutes, included questions about the candidate’s introduction, family background, and preferred job location.

The process aimed to assess both the technical expertise and the personal attributes of the candidates to ensure a good fit for the company.
