Selection Process: Aptitude test, Interview (HireVue)

Pattern of the Test

The Cappfinity Strength Assessment Test, lasting 45 minutes, was designed to measure situational responses and strengths.

Candidates were asked how others described them, their perspective on curiosity (whether it involved pushing oneself very hard to know everything or being inquisitive and learning at one’s own ability), and various behavioral questions.

Alongside this, the Technical HackerRank Assessment for Software Engineering roles included coding-related questions.
