Group/Case Discussion

Technical Interview

The assessment included puzzles, mental math, and trading experiences. Candidates were also tested on their memory through tasks such as learning a 16-digit number or observing a briefly flashed image and recalling its features and components.

Additionally, candidates were asked about their favorite stocks.

HR Interview

The HR Interview, which lasted about an hour, focused on understanding the candidates’ motivations and experiences.

Questions included why the candidate wanted to pursue a non-technical profile, the biggest challenge they had ever faced, one regret they had, and their reasons for wanting a job that involves high risk.
