Pattern of the Test
The online test comprised two sections. The first section included three subsections: financial aptitude, general aptitude, and market awareness. The second section required candidates to write an essay.
Group/Case Discussion
Candidates who passed the online test participated in an offline test, which was based on the content covered during a finance-related workshop organized by the company.
Technical Interview
In the personal interview, candidates were asked various questions related to financial statements and their reasons for applying to the position.
Additionally, the interview covered guesstimates, aptitude questions, and questions on general and current awareness.
Candidates were also asked about their family background, strengths, interests, involvement in clubs or societies, and extra-curricular activities.
Questions related to the basics of the stock market were also part of the interview.
